Some of the major companies which fly to Pisa airport are: British Airways, Lufthansa, Ryanair, Air One, Easyjet, Finnair and Click Air. As one can notice, many of these operating companies are low cost airlines, therefore making it more affordable to travel to the great Tuscany.
Volterra, an outstanding city with a picturesque square and lovely narrow roads. Volterra is home to the
Museo Etrusco Guarnacci and a Museum of Torture. In addition one should not miss the remains of a Greek temple found on the outskirts of the city.
♥ Buy Alabaster souvenirs for the various shops found in the city centre.
♥ Do not go away before seeing a great sunset on the hills of Tuscany from Volterra - an unforgettable experience!
Like most of the city centres in Italy, it is not permitted to park inside the city. However, parking is not a problem, since one finds various car parks at reasonable prices which are situated near the entrances to the city. A great convenience without hassles!

Lucca, a city surrounded by 17th century high walls and full of historic monuments, churches, palaces and roads. Not to miss Piazza Napoleone, Piazza Anfiteatro, the most famous Giungi Tower (from where you can admire a panoramic view of the city and surroundings), Giacomo Puccini’s house and the Cathedral.
